Commercial
Advice on procurement, contracts for goods and services, grant agreements, partnership agreements, company law and regeneration.
Committees and Governance
Legal advice on all decision making, including support at committees, monitoring officer support including governance advice and standards investigations, corporate complaints, data protection, advice on local government statutory powers and duties.
Litigation
Advice on prosecutions and enforcement, housing possession and homelessness, judicial review and employment law.
Planning
Advice on all aspects of planning, building control, planning appeals and planning committee.
Property
Sale, purchase and lease transactions. Enquiries relating to freehold and leasehold properties, business tenancies and licenses, right to buy applications, allotments and cemeteries, assets of community value, and charity law.

Our locations
Our Tewkesbury office is conveniently located close to the M5 with free on-site parking. We offer flexible working with a combination of both office and remote working. Subject to business need, a successful candidate will be required to attend the partner council offices for at least two days a week.
